Mandurah December 2021

A few years ago we started going to Mandurah in December to see the Christmas lights. The locals make a huge effort and it is quite a show with a very special atmosphere.

We usually hire a house on the canals and often have curious visitors who come to say hello.

The canals offer nice views – in daylight

or at night.

Mandurah itself offers some pretty sights

and so do the estuary and Murray River.

Port Bouvard reminds us of Italy somewhat.
