WRC Cyprus Rally 2002 Ioana, 6 March 202517 June 2025 We were lucky enough to be in Cyprus in April 2002 and watch the local round of the WRC. Marcus Gronholm won, Richard Burns came second and Tommi Makinen third. It was the last year before the first Seb started competing. The Fords competed under Ford Motor Co. Lts. / M-sport and it was the first year after Guenther Steiner left rallying for formula 1. Rally headquarters were in the port city of Limassol.
