Netherlands 2002

We visited quite a few places around Friesland: Hindeloopen with its traditional wooden bridges and ship building history; Lemmer where we had some really nice crepes; Weldam Castle, Warmelo Castle with its beautiful gardens; Westerflier Castle. At Nijenhuis Castle we were welcomed by a group of bike riders in traditional costumes. In Makkum we admired the painted pottery.

We went to the Six Flags amusement park as well and to the Dolfinarium in Harderwijk.
