Silver Gull nest

Seagulls often nest in places that are high and in the open, giving them good visibility. One silver gull family chose a slightly hollow pier at our yacht club as their nesting place. They do not like it when either humans or boats got near their den, and start their threatening ritual (of piercing noises, starring and flapping their wings).
